Meet The Team

Hi, I’m Joni
Joni Rampolla, MBA, RDN, LDN is a registered dietitian who specializes in compassionate, personalized nutrition for real life. As the founder of Nutrition Coaching 4U, a virtual nutrition coaching business, she helps clients navigate health issues, weight, emotional eating, and GLP-1 medications with practical tools, real food, and zero shame. At Nutrition Coaching 4U, we do things differently. We build nutrition plans around you—your tastebuds, your time, your goals—and we never forget that food is deeply personal.
With over 20 years of experience and a heart for meeting people where they are, Joni creates a supportive space where clients feel equipped to make lasting changes—not overwhelmed. Her approach blends science, strategy, and a little bit of fun to help clients build habits that actually last.
When she’s not coaching or working with the grocery store, you’ll find her enjoying family time, dreaming of lazy beach getaways, playing with her dog Raven, or turning everyday meals into feel-good wins.

Hi, I’m Allie
Allie is a Registered Dietitian based in New York City and a proud member of the Nutrition Coaching 4U team. With a unique background in the performing arts and a strong foundation in clinical nutrition, Allie helps clients navigate food and wellness in a way that feels approachable, empowering, and totally judgment-free.
A graduate of Northwestern University, Allie first pursued a career as a professional actress before discovering her passion for health and becoming a Certified Personal Trainer. She went on to earn her Master’s in Nutrition through Hunter College’s Integrated Program in Nutrition and Dietetics.
Since 2020, Allie has been mentored by NC4U founder Joni Rampolla and is thrilled to be working alongside her. She currently supports clients virtually through Nutrition Coaching 4U while also practicing at Harlem Hospital’s Weight Management Clinic. Her coaching style blends creativity, compassion, and evidence-based guidance—meeting clients where they are and helping them build a better relationship with food, one realistic step at a time.
