December 2025: A Year in Review at Nutrition Coaching 4U
As 2025 comes to a close, I can’t help but reflect on what an incredible year it has been for Nutrition Coaching 4U. When I first launched this business, I could never have imagined how deeply the local community would embrace our mission. This year, that support was felt in a very special way.
Honored & Humbled
For the second year in a row—2024 and 2025—I was voted Local Business Person of the Year by Alignable. To receive this recognition even before reaching my two-year business anniversary is truly humbling. I am deeply grateful for every person who has trusted us on their wellness journey, shared kind words, or recommended our services. Your support fuels everything we do.
Welcoming Allison to the NC4U Family
One of our biggest milestones this year was welcoming Allison, the newest Registered Dietitian to the Nutrition Coaching 4U team. Allison brings a wealth of experience and a compassionate approach to health and wellness. She focuses on 1:1 individualized coaching sessions, helping clients build sustainable habits that align with their personal goals and lifestyles. We are so fortunate to have her on board, and our clients are already benefiting from her expertise and warm guidance.
Launching Two New Transformational Groups
This year also marked the launch of two new group programs designed to support our community in fresh and meaningful ways.
**GLP-1 and Done!
This group was created for anyone pursuing weight wellness—whether you:
- are currently taking a GLP-1 or other weight-loss medication,
- are considering one,
- have discontinued medication, or
- simply want to feel more comfortable and confident in your body.
We explore everything that contributes to sustainable wellness:
sleep, food, mindset, stress, physical activity, and maintaining muscle mass.
No matter where you are in your journey, this group provides education, support, and realistic strategies that fit into real life.
**The Five-Minute Fix
Named lovingly by previous program participants, The Five-Minute Fix highlights the power of small, meaningful changes. And while I don’t believe anything can truly be “fixed” in just five minutes, I do believe that five minutes can change your direction—and your day.
In this group we focus on approachable shifts such as:
- Using our 5-minute formula to build balanced meals and snacks
- Practicing 5 minutes of mindfulness before or during meals
- Taking 5 minutes for stress-reduction breathing exercises
- Getting a 5-minute post-dinner walk to support digestion and blood sugar
You’re busy. We get it. This group is all about helping you build momentum through practical changes that add up to big results.
A Year-End Reflection for You
As we head into the holiday season and prepare to close out 2025, I encourage you to approach the next few weeks with a great attitude, plenty of grace, and a reminder that perfection is never the goal—progress is.
The holidays can be joyful, busy, emotional, or a mix of all three. Wherever you find yourself, remember that small choices still matter and that your wellness journey doesn’t pause just because life gets hectic. It simply adapts.
Here’s a simple action item to carry with you:
Take a moment to reflect on your year:
- What is one small habit that made you feel better—physically, mentally, or emotionally?
- What is one thing you want to bring with you into 2026?
- And what is one thing you’re ready to release?
Write them down. Keep them somewhere visible. Let these reflections guide and inspire you as you step into the new year.
And most importantly—you are not alone in this journey.
